You're practically losing money by not switching to Praxis. The cost is very affordable and the features are both powerful and very easy to use. You don't need to take a 3 week course and have an onboarding team to learn how to use it. Our Team has been faithfully using it for years and will continue to use it for many more to come! Pros It's lightweight and simple to use. Being able to easily track time and leave detailed notes for each task is great for task tracking and a great way to look back to see what was done! It's incredibly user friendly for daily use, and offers a powerful set of options for management! Cons After using the platform for years, there hasn't really been any issues. The old tool we were using was painful and nobody kept up with it. This one is simple enough that people actually use it every day without complaining. Pricing makes sense and it doesn't try to be ten different tools at once. Pros Our team actually fills out their timesheets now. That alone says a lot. It was easy to get everyone going on it and the modular thing means we aren't paying for a ton of stuff we don't need. Cons The API is getting better but it's still lacking if you want to build third party integrations. Hoping that keeps improving. The job costing and task management features work incredibly well for our bookkeeping and payroll services company. PraxisMS allows management a complete view of the productivity of our team. Cons Our firm has used Praxis for several years and I have not found anything about PraxisMS I do not like yet!
