PraxisMS is modular business management software for managing time entries, project costing and task management. It offers one-click timers, manual time entry, and distinguishes between billable and non-billable hours. Entries can include notes and task categories for context. The HR and payroll module tracks employee profiles, wages, and employment history, with payroll reports exportable as needed. Approval workflows let managers set rules to reject non-compliant entries, while qualifying ones can be bulk-approved. PraxisMS also is a full task management solution, allowing for one-time or recurring tasks. PraxisMS’s modular structure allows features to be enabled or disabled based on business needs. The job costing add-on assigns time entries to projects, sets hour budgets, and tracks performance. The task management module creates task lists, assigns work, and monitors completion through shared or personal lists. It has become our complete practice management platform. Staff love the simplicity, management loves the visibility we get from the reporting! Pros Simple, easy to learn, very intuitive. The job costing and task management features work incredibly well for our bookkeeping and payroll services company. PraxisMS allows management a complete view of the productivity of our team. Cons Our firm has used Praxis for several years and I have not found anything about PraxisMS I do not like yet!
