Nowistay is a vacation rental PMS and channel manager with a fully autonomous AI co-host built in, for hosts and property managers with 1 to 100+ properties. The AI replies to guests directly on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, WhatsApp and email, in 90+ languages, with no host review needed. It handles check-in instructions, guest questions, early check-in and late check-out requests (coordinating with the cleaning team automatically) and escalates emergencies. Nowistay me fait gagner du temps au quotidien grâce aux automatisations et à la centralisation de la gestion de mes logements. L’outil évolue régulièrement et correspond bien aux besoins d’un hôte qui souhaite professionnaliser sa gestion. Pros Clairement toute la partie automatisation. Le fait de pouvoir connecter Nuki, gérer les cautions et automatiser une grosse partie du parcours voyageur me fait vraiment gagner du temps au quotidien. Cons Je dirais peut-être la prise en main au début, car il y a pas mal de fonctionnalités et il faut un petit temps pour tout découvrir. The panel is easy now and i can use it for my employers to see the calendar and they can see the check in check out. With chatgpt i can speak to chat gpt and it can manage nowistay , block dates etc, but it did not do it so good now, but is ok Cons need to answer vrbo messages , i think you can easy apply pricelabs in your own software, no need to pay aditional price labs. La gestion quotidienne est fluide, la communication avec les voyageurs est largement automatisée grâce à une IA d'une qualité impressionnante, et les mises à jour régulières apportent sans cesse des améliorations concrètes. J'espère que cela continuera ainsi encore longtemps — je recommande sans hésiter. Pros Nowistay est un logiciel très performant pour la gestion des locations de courte durée. Le point fort est sans conteste la communication avec les voyageurs : le système de réponse par IA est remarquablement naturel et complet — je n'ai pratiquement jamais d'éléments à ajouter aux réponses proposées. Autre grand atout : le logiciel évolue en permanence et intègre continuellement les dernières technologies. On sent une équipe qui fait vivre son produit. Je ne maîtrise pas encore toutes ses fonctionnalités, mais ma première impression est positive. L’outil propose déjà de nombreuses possibilités et répond à plusieurs besoins du quotidien. Certains points peuvent encore être améliorés, ce qui est normal pour un logiciel en pleine évolution, mais l’ensemble est pratique, intéressant et mérite d’être découvert. Pros Nowistay propose un tarif accessible et un abonnement flexible, avec la possibilité de se désabonner à tout moment. La mise en place est relativement simple et le design est clair, agréable et facile à comprendre. Le logiciel permet de centraliser les réservations et les messages provenant de différentes plateformes, ce qui facilite le suivi au quotidien. La gestion des échanges avec les voyageurs, notamment dans plusieurs langues, est également très pratique. L’outil offre déjà de nombreuses possibilités et représente un véritable gain de temps. Cons Certains points pourraient être améliorés. Il serait utile de pouvoir regrouper, dans un même abonnement, des propriétés en gestion gratuite et d’autres en gestion payantes. Le bilan financier manque parfois de clarté, notamment dans la distinction entre les montants bruts et nets. Le prix de référence unique est également peu adapté à une activité saisonnière. Certaines informations transmises par les plateformes peuvent manquer de précision, comme la catégorie ou le nombre de voyageurs. Enfin, les réponses automatiques sont parfois trop générales, les informations ne sont pas toujours mémorisées pour les prochaines conversations et le détail des tarifs ou des réductions appliquées pourrait être plus transparent.
