La gestion quotidienne est fluide, la communication avec les voyageurs est largement automatisée grâce à une IA d'une qualité impressionnante, et les mises à jour régulières apportent sans cesse des améliorations concrètes. J'espère que cela continuera ainsi encore longtemps — je recommande sans hésiter. Pros Nowistay est un logiciel très performant pour la gestion des locations de courte durée. Le point fort est sans conteste la communication avec les voyageurs : le système de réponse par IA est remarquablement naturel et complet — je n'ai pratiquement jamais d'éléments à ajouter aux réponses proposées. Je ne maîtrise pas encore toutes ses fonctionnalités, mais ma première impression est positive. L’outil propose déjà de nombreuses possibilités et répond à plusieurs besoins du quotidien. Certains points peuvent encore être améliorés, ce qui est normal pour un logiciel en pleine évolution, mais l’ensemble est pratique, intéressant et mérite d’être découvert. Pros Nowistay propose un tarif accessible et un abonnement flexible, avec la possibilité de se désabonner à tout moment. La mise en place est relativement simple et le design est clair, agréable et facile à comprendre. Le logiciel permet de centraliser les réservations et les messages provenant de différentes plateformes, ce qui facilite le suivi au quotidien. La gestion des échanges avec les voyageurs, notamment dans plusieurs langues, est également très pratique. L’outil offre déjà de nombreuses possibilités et représente un véritable gain de temps.
