Ease of ordering cards, managing limits, reviewing transactions, and approving transactions. Cons Both the mobile app and online applications have some issues. The online app lags. If it were more responsive (less delay) this would be a great improvement. The mobile app often has issues attaching receipts. We have problems with users thinking they have uploaded a receipt only to find later that it never posted. Support is very difficult due to the lack of accessible phone support. An enterprise-level card system needs to provide access to a representative by phone. Email support has been kind and helpful, but takes too long for urgent matters. I recommend it without reservation. Pros KleerCard helped us to consolidate several financial processes hosted by disparate systems. It allows our staff to reconcile credit card charges per transaction instead of trying to remember what they purchased a month ago and needing to fabricate a receipt. It provides our financial staff the ability to respond quickly to late reconciliation reports and fraudulent charges. KleerCard offers web and app interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use. Their customer support is friendly and responsive, while their product development is reasonably paced. Cons Our integration with Aplos has offered improvements in our financial processes, but has not been without its challenges. The customer support has been great and they continue to refine the software to best meet the needs of their customers. Pros I like the Amazon receipt feature. This has saved our staff and teachers countless hours of admin work. I also like how easily and transparently we can view and track employee charges/spending by individual cards. Each of our teachers is given their own card with a set budget and this creates a simple and straightforward process of budgeting and spending. Cons We have been happy with all of the software. There is nothing we like least and we appreciate how they are always improving in order to help their customers. They created specialized reports to easily interface with my accounting software. Their customer support has responded well to requests I have made. Pros KleerCard helps me (bookkeeper of a nonprofit with an annual budget of $3.1 million) keep track of hundreds of transactions each month. We use their credit card and app for 18 staff members. The staff members are able to select the desired account so each charge is accounted for properly. It is generally easy to use. Cons Sometimes the app is confusing for my less tech-savvy credit card holders. This tells me that some of difficulty is to be expected no matter which app is used. Still has not happened. The monthly fee is what banks charge on an annual basis. I'm pushing management to move to a different company. Pros Ease of adding receipts as soon as the purchase is made. I value the link to Amazon Business where receipts come in when charge is made. Cons Cannot turn off receipt requirement for certain itemssuch as dining out. Does not allow to turn off receipt requirement for recurring charges. Cannot just select a column to view all together such as User. Going to filter each time I want to see a User is time wasted. KleerCard has also reduced the amount of monthly reimbursement requests we have. Cons The only con I can think of is that we can only use 1 bank account to pay the card payment. We have a church and missions organization and they function with different bank accounts so I would love to be able to pay the church charges out of the church bank account and the missions charges out of the missions bank account. KleerCard has been a gamechanger for us. Pros No more expense reports!!! KleerCard makes it easy to manage my team's credit card expenses. The app makes it a snap to upload receipts and assign to the proper codes. As an admin, I can easily set up cards for volunteers - getting rid of time-consuming expense reports. It also integrates beautifully with our accounting system. Cons It took me a little while to figure out how to track check numbers so that I could sync it with my bank's fraud protection system. Urgent issues are hard to get fixed. Perhaps your company just grew too fast and couldn't keep us with your business model. Ease of reporting and access to charge data is helpful. Cons Customer service is lacking. Delayed responses. Too Chatbot centric! Need to assign an actual company representative to our account. The wallet feature has been so useful for us to increase our spending limits for our staff. Physical cards take a while to arrive, so we've learned to plan farther ahead and are beginning to utilize the preloaded card feature for volunteers in place of reimbursements. The app has been really great for all our staff and is easy enough for those who are not tech savvy to use with success. We love the ability to increase limits instantly & have utilized that more times than expected! We also appreciate that our questions, concerns and ideas are heard and considered!! Thank you! Pros We love the app, digital receipt capture, custom organization of accounts and the ability to import transactions into our accounting software. Our team has really benefited from getting our spending on the books faster so we can better track our budgets! Cons My team would really love the tap to pay feature. We have found it user-friendly and love that we can upload photos of our receipts right away. As the church treasurer, it has made my job easier for accounting purposes, and it has virtually eliminated the need to track staff members down for receipts or descriptions of expenses. Cons They are still relatively new, so some kinks and learning curve adjustments are being worked on. They were free when we started and now there is a monthly charge.
