My overall experience with Pryme Practice has been extremely positive. It feels so intuitive, it's easy to use, and they really made switching worth it. A lot of EHR systems feel like they were built just to store notes. Pryme Practice feels different because it is focused on helping the clinic operate better. The combination of online booking, appointment scheduling, patient reminders, documentation tools, patient forms, and practice visibility makes it easier to build real systems around the patient experience. What I appreciate most is the bigger vision. Pryme Practice is not just trying to be another chiropractic software. It is helping clinics create better workflows, improve patient engagement, reduce administrative friction, and give providers more time back. For a chiropractic or integrated medicine clinic that wants to become more organized, more scalable, and less dependent on manual follow-up, Pryme Practice is a very exciting.

Pros

What I like most about Pryme Practice is that it feels like more than just a chiropractic EHR. It really feels like a growth tool. I've been so impressed with how it's affected my patient show rates, how easy it was for my staff to use it, and how it integrates with BlueIQ to give me clarity into my practice numbers. The biggest thing I'm excited for is their plans for using AI to help show patient outcome metrics, create my marketing campaigns, and further chiropractic research. The biggest win is how much more control it gives the clinic. Instead of feeling tied to the front desk or constantly needing to check in, Pryme Practice makes it easier to see what is happening, manage patient flow, and keep the team on For me, the dream is being able to step away from the clinic, take a vacation, or be with family and still feel like the practice is organized and not dependent on me. Pryme Practice helps create that freedom for me.

Cons

Like any growing software platform, there are areas that are still being improved and refined. Some workflows may take a little time to learn, especially if your clinic is coming from an older system and hasn't use AI before. That said, the team seems committed to listening to feedback and improving the experience. I would love to see continued improvements around automation, reporting, patient communication workflows, and making the most important practice data even easier to access at a glance.

We switched because our previous EHR created way too much friction in the clinic. It felt like every part of the day required another workaround. Scheduling was one place, reminders were another problem, documentation was another burden, and follow-up depended too much on whether someone remembered to do it.
