I am excited for its future as new features are being rolled out on a weekly basis. Pros It is integrated with Planning Center Online and Bill.com (fka Divvy) so all the data flows into Grain. In addition, the UI is easy and straightforward, and it is built for churches with fund accounting features built in. Cons It's in its early stage so there are some bugs to work through. However, the \[sensitive content hidden\] has been super responsive and open to feedback and making updates to the platform quickly. We have seen a tremendous improvement on the platform just in the last 3 months of working with Gibson. I've already seen suggestions from users quickly turned into new features and improvements, which gives me confidence that the software will continue to evolve to meet the needs of churches. Overall, Grain has modernized the way our church manages its accounting and financial reporting, and I would confidently recommend it to any church looking for a comprehensive financial management solution. Although Grain Ledger is relatively new to the market, it has already proven itself to be a serious competitor to long-established church accounting software, and I'm excited to see how the platform continues to evolve. Pros Coming from QuickBooks, Grain has provided far more functionality than I expected, and I still feel like I'm only scratching the surface of what it can do. Its standout strengths are the seamless bank synchronization and third-party integrations, which have significantly reduced manual data entry, eliminated duplicate work, and streamlined our accounting processes. As we begin implementing payroll, I'm especially excited about the integrated employee mobile app, which allows staff to clock in and out without requiring a separate timekeeping application. This creates a seamless payroll process while also giving ministry leaders the ability to view their budgets directly from their mobile devices. Another feature I greatly appreciate is that Grain is true fund accounting software and is fully GAAP compliant. Cons If I had to identify a downside, it would simply be that the software is so feature-rich that it takes time to learn everything it offers. However, Grain continually adds training videos and tutorials, making it easier for customers to take full advantage of the software's capabilities.
