Très bonne expérience sur les premiers mois d'usage. C'est devenu un outil central dans ma routine de prospection, surtout pour les phases de qualif et de premier contact. Support réactif quand j'ai eu une question. Au final je passe plus de temps en RDV et moins à bricoler en amont.

Pros

Le combo audit auto + scripts AIDA personnalisés me fait gagner un temps fou. L'audit HTML envoyé au prospect est top, je vois qui l'a ouvert et combien de fois, du coup je relance au bon moment plutôt qu'au hasard. Les notifications de relance auto évitent de laisser des leads dormir, j'en perdais avant pas mal par simple oubli. Interface claire, prise en main rapide, le rapport qualité prix tient la route.

Cons

Le système de crédits (Flashs) demande un petit temps de calibrage au début pour ne pas en cramer trop vite. Les scripts générés sont une bonne base mais je les retouche toujours un peu pour coller à mon ton. Quelques intégrations supplémentaires côté CRM externe seraient un vrai plus.

Merci énormément pour ce retour détaillé, ce genre de feedback est ce qui fait avancer le produit. Sur les points amélioration : - Le système de Flashes : on bosse sur un meilleur onboarding pour aider à calibrer plus vite la conso selon le volume de prospection. - Les scripts AIDA : c'est volontaire qu'ils soient une base à personnaliser, la touche perso est ce qui convertit. Mais on étoffe la bibliothèque de templates par secteur. - Les intégrations CRM : sur la roadmap, HubSpot et Pipedrive en tête. Si tu en as un en particulier qui serait critique, dis-moi. Content que TWL te fasse gagner du temps sur le "avant-RDV" pour en passer plus en RDV. C'est exactement la mission. Alexander, fondateur de TheWebLead.

J'utilise TheWebLead depuis le début du mois pour ma prospection sur des projets de refonte de sites. Sur le quotidien, ça remplace trois ou quatre outils que j'utilisais avant (Google Maps + PageSpeed + audit manuel + un CRM séparé). Tout est intégré dans un seul flow, on gagne énormément de temps. Pour le prix (entre 99 et 199 € par mois selon le plan), je trouve ça imbattable comparé à Pharow ou aux outils US qui de toute façon ne sont pas adaptés au marché français. Ça reste une jeune solution avec ses petits défauts d'enfance, mais clairement la direction est bonne et le produit gagne en qualité chaque semaine. Pros

Pour les agences et freelances qui font de la création de site web, l'outil est franchement bien pensé. On choisit une niche et une ville, on lance la recherche, et quelques minutes plus tard on a une liste de prospects avec leurs audits techniques (PageSpeed, SEO, design) et un score qui indique lesquels valent le coup de prospecter en priorité. Le gros plus pour moi c'est le PDF d'audit auto-brandé au nom de l'agence. C'est ce qu'on envoie au prospect en cold email et ça fait tout de suite pro, sans passer une heure à faire l'audit manuellement. J'aime aussi le système de scoring Diamond / Golden / Silver qui permet de prioriser les prospects à fort potentiel de refonte sans perdre de temps sur ceux qui ne sont pas mûrs. Et le script de vente généré automatiquement pour chaque prospect aide à préparer les appels rapidement.

Cons

C'est encore une jeune startup donc on sent quelques petits trucs UX qui se peaufinent au fil des semaines (rien de bloquant, juste à peaufiner). L'app fonctionne surtout bien sur desktop, sur mobile c'est plus basique pour l'instant. L'onboarding gagnerait à être plus guidé pour les nouveaux utilisateurs : quand on arrive on est un peu perdu sur la première étape à faire, un tutoriel ou une checklist au premier login serait bienvenu. Quelques fonctions secondaires manquent encore (intégrations externes notamment) mais visiblement c'est en cours de développement.

Merci énormément pour ce retour ultra-détaillé, c'est exactement le type de feedback qui fait avancer la roadmap. Sur les points faibles que tu remontes : - Onboarding pas assez guidé : 100% d'accord, c'est dans les prochains gros ship. Un wizard premier login + checklist des actions clés pour démarrer arrive d'ici fin mai. - UX mobile : l'usage cible reste desktop pendant les sessions de prospection, mais on retravaille les écrans qui doivent être consultables en mobilité (audit, fiche prospect). - Intégrations externes : HubSpot et Pipedrive en haut de la pile. Si tu en as un spécifique qui serait critique, dis-moi, ça aide à prioriser. - Petits ajustements UX : on shippe chaque semaine, n'hésite pas à pinger directement quand un truc te bloque.
