## What is Rinsebase?

Rinsebase is a cleaning management solution for short-term rental properties, automating job creation and scheduling via iCal sync with platforms, such as Airbnb and VRBO. It generates cleaning jobs based on reservations, including turnover windows, assigned crew members, and property-specific checklists. Crews receive job notifications through a mobile app, clock in and out with GPS verification, follow custom checklists, and upload before-and-after photos. Property managers get cleaning confirmations with photo documentation. The system offers drag-and-drop scheduling, real-time crew tracking, automated invoicing, and an integrated payment portal for credit cards and ACH transfers. It tracks mileage for payroll and tax purposes and includes features, includng power outage alerts, rapid turnover detection, and an SOS button for solo cleaners.
