Pros What stood out most about Ghost is how it brings multiple compliance workflows into one clean, easy-to-use platform. The interface is intuitive and well-structured, so even users who aren’t deeply familiar with GDPR processes can navigate it without much friction. From a compliance management perspective, having tools for redaction, DSAR handling, and ROPA documentation in one place is a huge plus as it reduces the need for multiple tools and minimizes operational complexity. This also directly lowers compliance risk, since everything is tracked and handled more systematically instead of through scattered spreadsheets or emails.
