The e-signing and document upload/convert features work reliably day to day, and they've genuinely made handling client paperwork faster and less of a hassle compared to what we were using before. It's become a regular part of how we manage documents with clients, and the small issues we've hit haven't outweighed the time it's saved us. Pros The e-signature process is smooth and much simpler than other tools we used. Clients don't get confused by it, and we're not chasing people down to figure out how to sign. The convert tool has probably been the biggest time-saver for us, since it turns PDF documents into quickbooks and CSV formats at an amazing speed and accuracy. Combined with the upload feature, it's cut down a good chunk of the back-and-forth we used to deal with when prepping paperwork for clients. Cons Nothing major to flag. Every once in a while we run into small hiccups when uploading certain documents, nothing that's held us up for long, just the odd retry or refresh needed. Would be nice to see that ironed out over time, but it hasn't been a dealbreaker.
