We run the Fully Promoted master franchise for the UK along with our own store at Liverpool Street, so we needed something that could handle both the franchise management side and the day-to-day of running a busy city location. Before TaggIQ we were patching together different tools for quoting, ordering, invoicing, and supplier management — it was a mess. Now everything lives in one place. Our sales reps can pull up a customer, search our full product range across all connected suppliers, build a professional quote with decoration details and quantity pricing and send it in minutes. When it converts, the order flows straight through to production stages, purchase orders and invoicing without re-keying anything. For the franchise side, having visibility across locations with proper reporting has been a game changer. The platform feels modern and fast, which matters when you're doing 20+ quotes a day. TaggIQ genuinely feels like it was built for this industry, not adapted from something else.

Pros

Managing a franchise and a flagship store from one platform is exactly what we needed. Each location has its own data but I can see the full picture across the business. The product catalogue with thousands of suppliers already loaded means our sales team spends time selling, not searching supplier websites. The quote-to-order-to-invoice pipeline is seamless — nothing falls through the cracks anymore. Xero integration keeps our accountant happy and the royalty reporting across franchise locations saves us a full day every month.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features took a bit of exploration to discover — a guided walkthrough for new team members would be handy. But once you find everything, it all makes sense and works well together.
