Excellent from start to finish. VoiceValet did exactly what it promised, reliably and professionally, and the support behind it was first class. The only reason we moved on was a compatibility limitation with the in-house system we transitioned to, nothing whatsoever to do with VoiceValet's service or quality, both of which were fantastic. In fact, I continue to use and happily recommend VoiceValet in another of my businesses. If you want a polished, dependable AI receptionist with a team that truly cares about your success, this is it.

Pros

How natural and professional it sounded on every single call. VoiceValet answered our box office line with the warmth and competence of a seasoned front-of-house person, caught after-hours calls we used to miss, and handled inquiries, messages, and transfers flawlessly. Setup was painless, the dashboard made it easy to see exactly what was happening, and \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team were genuinely responsive and proactive at every step. It quietly took a real load off our staff and made sure no patron ever went unanswered.

Cons

Honestly, very little. If I had to name something, it would be that I wish we had signed up sooner. The platform did everything we asked of it and then some.
