Excellent! I would recommend them to any agency looking to streamline their feedback loop with an agile tool and service from Tapko.

Pros

The ability to collaborate on a tool that has become an essential for the business to operate. The team have been really helpful when there are bugs and issues spotted to fix and resolve in a timely manner and make improvements. They have listened to feedback and updated to accommodate to speed up our own workflow.

Cons

Some small teething issues in the beginning, but always remedied really quickly. A chat facility to raise issues might be a way to help resolve.
