The reduction in billing-related disputes has been a clear win. Fewer errors means fewer uncomfortable client conversations and less time spent resolving issues that shouldn't have existed. Quick Receivable has been reliable and accurate throughout.

Pros

Billing errors were a recurring problem with our previous tool. small amounts but they created disputes that slowed everything down. Quick Receivable's billing and invoicing accuracy has been excellent. In the months we've been using it we've had far fewer billing-related disputes than we used to. Reminders go out reliably, aging tracking is always current, and the collections queue is logically organized.

Cons

I'd like more flexibility in how invoices can be structured. Our projects have some complexity in how billing is broken down and there are a few scenarios where Quick Receivable's invoice format doesn't quite match what we need.

Quick Receivable has made a real operational difference. Our follow-up time has dropped, collection rates have improved, and the team is less reactive because the AI gives us forward-looking signals. Good product and fair pricing for what you get.

Pros

The combination of automated dunning sequences and AI email task creation means our team almost never has to manually decide what to do next. Routine follow-ups go out automatically. Incoming emails become tasks automatically. The team focuses on the accounts that actually need human attention, which the risk scoring helps identify. Billing and invoicing are clean and the aging dashboard is always up to date.

Cons

Bulk actions could be faster. When I need to update statuses or trigger actions across a large set of accounts the process is a bit slow. Not a dealbreaker but it adds up during high-volume periods at month-end.

Overall, Quick Receivable has had a positive impact on our Credit and Collections operations. Transitioning from GetPaid to Salesforce has not only modernized our receivables management process but has also unified our team with the rest of the organization on a common platform. This has improved collaboration, increased visibility into customer accounts, and reduced the complexity of working across multiple systems. While there was an initial learning curve associated with the transition, the benefits have far outweighed the challenges. Quick Receivable has enhanced productivity, streamlined collections activities, and provided a more efficient and connected experience for users across the business.

Pros

Unified Platform: Moving from GetPaid to Salesforce Quick Receivable has aligned Credit & Collections with the rest of the organization on a single platform, improving collaboration and creating a more connected user experience. Improved Efficiency: Centralizing receivables and collections activities within Salesforce reduces the need to switch between systems and streamlines daily work. Enhanced Visibility: Users have quick access to customer account, invoice, payment, and collection activity information, supporting faster and more informed decision-making. Workflow Automation: Automated tasks, reminders, and follow-up activities help prioritize work and reduce manual effort. Better User Experience: Leveraging the familiar Salesforce interface has simplified navigation and increased adoption across teams.

Cons

Learning Curve: Transitioning from GetPaid required users to learn new processes and workflows. Process Adjustments: Some established procedures needed to be modified to align with the Salesforce and Quick Receivable framework. Ongoing Optimization: As with any implementation, workflows and configurations continue to be refined to maximize efficiency and business value.

We've been using Quick Receivables as part of our accounts receivable and collections process, and it has become an important tool for managing customer accounts and collection activities more efficiently. Having the information centralized makes it easier to track account status, document collection efforts, manage disputes, and maintain visibility across the team. One of the biggest benefits has been the ability to standardize processes and reduce manual tracking. The reporting and account-level details help us prioritize work, identify issues faster, and stay organized when managing a high volume of accounts. The Salesforce integration is also valuable because it keeps information accessible within systems our teams already use.

Pros

Centralized account and collections information Good visibility into customer activity and outstanding balances Helps standardize collection workflows and documentation Reduces manual tracking and follow-up efforts Integrates well with Salesforce

Cons

Some reporting and data views could be more customizable New users may require training to fully utilize all available features Certain workflows can take time to configure based on business requirements

Quick Receivable is the right choice for Salesforce teams who want AR to live inside their existing ecosystem rather than in a disconnected tool. The integration works cleanly and has improved our data consistency across the board.

Pros

We're a Salesforce shop and Quick Receivable integrates seamlessly with our existing setup. Customer records, account history, and communication logs connect naturally. Billing and invoicing data syncs cleanly, aging tracking reflects real account status, and reminders can be tied to Salesforce workflows. For a team already on Salesforce, the integration quality alone makes Quick Receivable an easy recommendation.

Cons

The per-user Salesforce licensing cost is something to plan for carefully if you want to give access to a broad team. The per-user model adds up if you want AR visibility for people who aren't core AR staff.

Quick Receivable has been a solid upgrade from what we had before. The AI features are not gimmicky and they solve real pain points. The dispute tool in particular has changed how we handle exception cases and I'd miss it if it went away.

Pros

The day-to-day AR automation covers reminders, aging tracking, and invoicing, all solid and reliable. But it was the AI dispute generation tool that really surprised me. When a long-term client disputed a large invoice, the system pulled together months of history and drafted a professional response automatically. What would have taken me 30-40 minutes took about 5. The billing and invoicing module is also clean and accurate.

Cons

Would love more flexibility in how dispute response drafts are toned. They're always formal and professional, which is usually right, but for some of our more relationship-oriented clients a slightly warmer tone would be better.

Overall it's been a positive experience and the AI risk feature has genuinely impacted our outcomes. For any team dealing with a large number of accounts where you can't give individual attention to everyone, the prioritization it provides is valuable.

Pros

The AI payment risk scoring has earned its keep. Last quarter it flagged an account as high risk about three weeks before they actually went delinquent. We reached out proactively, worked out a payment plan, and avoided a write-off. Without the AI flag we would have sent the usual reminder and not thought twice about it. The billing and invoicing side is clean and the reminders go out reliably.

Cons

The reasoning behind the risk scores isn't always clear. The system gives you a score but doesn't always explain which signals drove it. More transparency into the AI's logic would help us have better conversations with customers when we reach out based on a flag.

A dependable, well-designed product with AI features that actually work. Not every AR team will care about the AI side, but for teams dealing with volume and complexity it makes a real difference. Solid recommendation.

Pros

What sets Quick Receivable apart is that its AI features are grounded in actual AR problems. The email classification handles the variety of ways customers actually write, formal, informal, vague, not just clean structured messages. The payment risk model is based on real behavioral signals. The dispute drafts include actual relevant history. This is AI that came from people who understand AR.

Cons

Would love to see the AI expand into cash flow forecasting, using the payment prediction data to project expected receipts over 30/60/90 days. That would be a very natural and valuable extension of what's already there.

A really positive experience overall. Month-end close is faster, collection rates are better, and our team's time is better spent on real work rather than chasing invoices manually. The AI features contributed meaningfully to those outcomes.

Pros

Reconciliation at month-end is so much cleaner. Everything ties out accurately and I can run AR reports in minutes rather than spending half a day on it. The AI risk scoring has also made a real difference to collection rates. we identify at-risk accounts earlier and intervene before they go seriously overdue. The reminders and billing features are reliable and well-designed throughout.

Cons

Took a few weeks to fully configure everything to our workflows. Quick Receivable has a lot of options which is mostly a strength but means setup isn't instant if your processes are at all complex. The implementation guidance helped but expect some configuration time.

This is the kind of tool that starts paying for itself quickly. Between the time savings on manual follow-up and the improvement in collection rates from the AI prioritization, the ROI case is clear. I'd recommend it to any mid-size AR team

Pros

Using the AI payment risk scores alongside the automated dunning sequences has made our AR genuinely smarter. The automation handles all routine follow-ups on schedule. The AI tells us which accounts need a human touch on top of that. It's a clean division. the system does the repetitive work, the AI does the prioritization, our people do the relationship work. Aging tracking is accurate and always up to date.

Cons

Initial setup of our dunning sequences took more time than I expected to configure correctly. There are a lot of options and it's worth taking the time to plan them out before you start building, which wasn't obvious to us at first.

Best AR decision we've made in years. Quick Receivable has modernized how we work and the AI features are a genuine part of that. not a gimmick. The whole system is well designed and I'd encourage any similar team to consider it seriously.

Pros

We managed AR in spreadsheets and manual email for years. Quick Receivable replaced all of that and the AI features mean we didn't just go digital. we actually improved the process. Risk scoring changed how we prioritize. Email classification changed how we handle customer communication. Dispute generation changed how we resolve issues. And underneath all of that the billing, invoicing, and reminders just work reliably.

Cons

Initial migration took longer than we expected. Our legacy data wasn't clean and getting it imported correctly required more cleanup than we anticipated. Worth planning extra time for that step if your historical data is messy.

One of those rare tools that your team actually wants to use. Quick Receivable combines good usability with features that genuinely reduce work. The AI email handling in particular has gotten a lot of positive feedback from the team.

Pros

Tool adoption is usually a fight but not with Quick Receivable. The interface is clean and intuitive, the collections queue is logically organized, and everything loads fast. The AI email classification means new team members don't have to figure out what to do with every incoming message. the system handles that routing for them. Billing is accurate, reminders are well-timed, and aging reports are easy to read.

Cons

I'd like CRM-style relationship notes alongside the invoice data. Right now I keep a separate record of customer context that I'd rather have integrated in Quick Receivable and it would make the whole picture more complete.

Very satisfied with Quick Receivable. It's become a core part of our finance operations and the AI features have delivered measurable improvements. The combination of solid core functionality and practical AI makes it stand out in the AR software space.

Pros

The fundamentals are excellent. Aging tracking is accurate and clear, billing and invoicing work reliably, and the reminders go out on schedule without any manual input. The AI payment risk scoring and dispute generation tools add a meaningful additional layer. The risk scoring has changed how our collectors prioritize their day and the dispute tool has cut our average resolution time noticeably.

Cons

Would appreciate more visual reporting options. I can get the data I need but putting it into a format ready for leadership presentations takes additional manual work. Better chart and dashboard customization would be a nice improvement.

We replaced a manual spreadsheet-based process with Quick Receivable and the improvement has been significant. The AI email handling is what I tell other finance managers about most and it is the kind of automation that actually removes work rather than just organizing it differently.

Pros

I've seen a lot of tools claim AI features that don't really do much. Quick Receivable is different. The email classification is genuinely smart, which reads customer emails, understands context (payment query, dispute, general question), and creates the right task automatically. Saves us an hour every morning that we used to spend triaging the inbox. The dunning automation on top of that means almost nothing slips through.

Cons

Documentation on some of the advanced AI settings could be better. I had to contact support a couple of times for things that really should be covered in a help article.

The ROI on Quick Receivable has been very clear for us. The AI risk scoring is the star feature but the core product would be worth the price on its own. This is one of those purchases that's genuinely easy to justify to leadership.

Pros

Three accounts were flagged as high risk in Q1. We reached out proactively to all three. Two paid on time because of that early outreach. One we put on a payment plan that avoided a write-off. The value of those interventions more than covered the annual cost of Quick Receivable. The billing, reminders, and aging features are all solid. the AI layer is what makes it exceptional.

Cons

Scenario analysis would be a great addition. Being able to run 'what if I reach out today vs next week' type simulations using the risk data would take the tool to another level. Currently you just get the score, not the what-if view.
