## What is FMINCI?

FMINCI is a facility management CMMS software that adapts to existing operational processes rather than forcing you to change your way of working. The platform enables you to assign work orders, track technicians in real time, and automate preventive maintenance. Technicians close out orders directly from the mobile app—including photos, materials used, digital signatures, and work logs—thereby generating a comprehensive record and streamlining the billing process. FMINCI features the PAC implementation system: an audit of current operations followed by a custom configuration tailored to your actual workflows. Implementation takes between six and ten weeks. The software operates on a monthly subscription model with no fixed-term contract required. It is designed for maintenance companies, facility managers, building administrators, and any organization with physical assets to maintain.
