Pros Suped is a great service with excellent value for your money that turns complex XML DMARC reports into useful and easily interpreted data. Their knowledgeable customer service team is very quick to assist you with any SPF or DKIM alignment issues, which is a huge benefit for anyone using Suped. Cons The initial DNS setup may take a few minutes to understand if you are new to email authentication, but the guidance makes it manageable. Suped has materially improved our email authentication posture and reduced the risk of our domains being used in spoofing attacks. It's easy to administer and the value relative to cost is very high. It's been a meaningful contributor to our overall security program. Pros Suped does an exceptional job surfacing what's happening across our domains, including who's authenticating, who's failing, and which sources we need to bring into alignment. The reporting is clear and the interface is approachable even for people without a deep email background. Support is responsive and has walked us through DNS changes whenever we've needed a second pair of eyes. Cons A couple of limitations: the analytics, while useful, could go deeper for larger enterprises managing hundreds of domains. A solid long-term investment in domain security. Pros Suped gives you real visibility into your DMARC, SPF, and DKIM posture across all your domains. The aggregate report parsing alone saves enormous amounts of time versus trying to read raw XML, and the guidance on moving from p=none to p=quarantine to p=reject is genuinely useful. The platform is approachable for non-specialists and customer support made onboarding painless. For the level of protection and insight it provides, the ROI is excellent. Cons There's room for more depth in some areas. Advanced users managing complex multi-domain setups may want more granular controls and customisation. The UI could also be modernised. Additionally, Suped transforms large amounts of raw data into digestible forms of insight for its users; thus, reducing the need for anyone to perform repetitive manual tasks. Pros Suped has a very clean & simple design with an intuitive user interface that is easy for anyone to use - whether they're tech-savvy or not. The support team is always available to help users who need assistance. I have easily started using Suped as a Carpet Cleaner and now have access to performance metrics on how my email is performing and a much better understanding of those metrics. Cons Some (high level) tech configurations can be somewhat difficult to understand at first, but the user will be able to work through them after using them multiple times. Suped is an excellent email provider and has improved many business functions by providing a positive, easy-to-use customer experience along with excellent customer support. Pros All features provided by Suped's email system have been easy to implement; therefore, it is impractical not to use Suped's email. The price is very reasonable compared to the amount of security Suped email provides. There are many excellent and helpful customer service representatives available to support you with any questions you may have. Cons I have experienced issues occasionally with delayed notifications; however, the notification delay has not impacted my ability to run an effective business. The Suped reporting site could include some additional reporting capabilities to help improve the statistics available within Suped. Also, there are several steps necessary to access some of the various features within the Suped application as well as having a more usable UI for mobile users. Suped has drastically improved both our day-to-day business operations and our operational security from both email-related/computer-related risks; increased my overall confidence level when using Suped; and with some small tweaking, could easily be even better. Pros The email encryption and cyber fraud prevention capabilities that Suped offers are fantastic - they provide amazing protection while keeping your communications secure. The Customer Support Team is very professional as well as helpful and works quickly to resolve any issues. Suped is also an extremely cost-effective solution when considering the many features and benefits it provides. Cons The interface user experience has a somewhat out-of-date look to it, as a newer version of the application would probably have easier navigation through the various Application Settings that are difficult to navigate through currently. Usability problems could exist as a result of this. During peak periods of use, the application may experience performance issues. Finally, there appears to be no or insufficient training/tutorial resources provided to customers. Thanks to their Email Encryption and Phishing Detection, our business has greatly reduced our potential for breaches based on the perception of risk we've created through those two features. Additionally, their Customer Service has been excellent and I, on behalf of my business, appreciate the service they provide. Overall, I would attribute much of my success and continued growth as a business to the support I received from Suped. Pros Suped was very effective at delivering what I expected (great value for the money!). Suped's Email Encryption and Phishing Detection provided me a level of security in my business communications that was reassuring. The Suped platform was easy for me to use (even though I didn't have much experience with this type of software). Their Customer Service was also very responsive & helpful, making the entire experience seamless. Cons I only had two disappointments with Suped. One was that the system sometimes slowed down while sending/receiving multiple emails, but this often happens with other software applications, too. The second disappointment I had was that some of their advanced features did not seem to be very intuitive or take time to figure out how they worked and could be used. It would be nice if their Dashboard were more user friendly! In terms of customization options, I felt Suped provided fewer than most other software companies.
