My overall experience has been very good. Since using PunchList CRM, things feel more organized and easier to manage on a daily basis. It has taken a lot of stress out of keeping track of jobs, customers, follow ups, and collections, so nothing falls through the cracks. Because collecting payments is easier and more consistent, it has helped me increase revenue and improve cash flow. My customers also love how simple and convenient it is to use, which has made the overall experience better for everyone. It has been dependable, easy to learn, and a solid system for my business.

Pros

What I like most about PunchList CRM is how modular it is. I can customize it around the way I run my business and only pay for the features I actually need, instead of paying for extras that do not apply to my company. The automation tools have also been a huge help by saving time, keeping everything organized, and making it easy to onboard new customers, schedule jobs, and manage daily operations. It has made running my business much smoother.

Cons

Honestly, there is not much to dislike. It has been easy to use, reliable, and a great fit for my business. Any questions I have had were quickly handled by their support team, so I have had a very positive overall experience.
