PlanSnapper is a floor plan solution that helps businesses calculate square footage and wall lengths from digital floor plans, blueprints, or aerial photos. The solution calibrates measurements from a single known dimension. After uploading an image, clicking two points on a wall generates ANSI-compliant measurements without manual measuring. Supporting formats, such as JPG, PNG, PDF, and files from CubiCasa or Matterport, PlanSnapper works with any to-scale image. It calculates Gross Living Area (GLA), individual wall lengths, and perimeters. The system allows exclusions, such as garages or basements to be subtracted from total measurements.
