Customer service, follow up is good. Consider the amount of money saved. This is a no brainer expense. Pros 1) Ease of use to perform audit scan of the note on a single screen using payer specific policy, ability to see exactly what gaps are 2) Dashboard Metrics by Payer, Department making drilldown easy and pinpoint where leakage are and total reimbursements Cons Need to use standalone as we don't have EPIC or Oracle.
