I've been with TheraSaaS since its very first year, and using this platform has helped me stay true to the most rewarding parts of running my practice, connecting with people. My experience has been nothing short of amazing, truly beyond anything I could have asked for. But what I appreciate most isn't just the features or the efficiency. It's how TheraSaaS helps me stay human. For instance, when a family comes back and fills out a new intake, I can pull up every conversation we've ever had. I know their history, and any team member helping them can see that conversation and pick up the baton, personalizing my intakes even if I have a change in who is replying to the intake. Because of that, my intake replies don't feel like form letters; they feel personal, because they are. Families feel seen and validated from the very first touchpoint because they don't get lost in a system or spreadsheet, and that matters enormously in this field. That kind of continuity is rare in a CRM, and it's something I didn't even know I needed until I had it. It's changed the way I connect with the families I serve. If you're a therapist or practice owner considering TheraSaaS, I can't recommend it enough. I've been here from the beginning, and I'm not going anywhere.

Pros

There is so much I love. I don't know what I like most because the visual pipeline is amazing and keeps me organized, the workflow automation and template options are top-notch, and hands down it has the best customer support I have ever gotten from a software company. The Support is not only fast and responsive, but it is also personal.

Cons

Initially, the price for a CRM felt daunting. That was because I didn't know what I didn't have. The price is not a con, but initially, before I knew the benefits and all the $$$$ it would save me, I liked that least. But now, honestly, there's nothing I don't like about TheraSaas.

Overall experience has been easy with attentive and knowledgable staff. The program is liked by all out staff.

Pros

We are very happy with this new program we are using. The start up was very easy and the staff have been so attentive to our needs. Most of the time our questions or requests have been answered with in the same day. The program is also very user friendly and easy to build to what your needs are.

Cons

We have no cons at this time. I do wish there was a way to set some of the filters so it applies to all our staff instead of everyone having to do it specifically under their account.

Overall, TheraSaaS has been very helpful. There was definitely a learning curve at the beginning, but after using it for several months, it has become much easier to navigate and use effectively. I know there are still many features we haven’t fully utilized yet, so we’re excited to continue exploring and making the most of everything it has to offer.

Pros

Their customer service is incredibly responsive. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help problem-solving, the TheraSaaS team has always been quick to help and come up with a solution. The dashboard is also a great resource. I enjoy having one system to keep everything streamlined.

Cons

I wish the conversations feature had a more user-friendly layout. It would also be helpful to have a function that flags opportunities we haven’t heard back from within 48 hours, making follow-up easier and more efficient. Sometimes when there’s an issue, and I meet with someone to resolve it, I feel like we’re fully aligned on what I’m asking for. However, once the fix is implemented, other issues sometimes come up that I hadn’t anticipated. When I submit a support ticket afterward, I’m sometimes connected with a different customer service representative and find myself needing to re-explain why things were originally set up a certain way. That can be a bit tiresome, though I understand there’s no perfect system or solution.

We've been using TheraSaaS for about 4 years now and it's never disappointed. The support staff is amazing. They are so responsive. It's the only customer relationship management software I would actually recommend.

Pros

TheraSaaS is the only CRM for our private practice not just because of it's incredible capabilities and constant improvements, but it's easy to use and a great value for the money.

Cons

I'm not sure there is anything that I dislike about TheraSaaS. It literally does everything our business needs it to do... and some.

Pros

What I liked most about TheraSaaS is how simple and straightforward it is to use. It makes managing client information, conversations, and day-to-day tasks feel much more organized. The layout is clean, and it doesn’t take long to learn, which is really helpful when you’re already busy. The analytics section is robust and can be easily customized for the metrics that are important to your business.

Cons

There are some areas where it could offer more flexibility or customization, especially depending on how you like to structure your workflow. A few features feel a bit limited and could be expanded, as an example, it would be helpful to edit a text message after sent.

Since implementing the tool and over the past months of learning our way around the product we have been extremely satisfied and grateful for their customer support!

Pros

We have loved the improvement in our intake process since starting to use TheraSaas! Our team is able to communicate with one another and see the interactions with clients behind the scenes so easily. We love that we are able to organize contacts and events that we are hosting all in one place!

Cons

We wish we could integrate our EHR with TheraSaas to have an even smoother intake process, but this is something that almost no CRMs are able to do because of HIPAA.

I was a little nervous at first since I am not computer savvy, but I easily caught on and and it helps me to do my job well. I like to be organized and not forget any potential clients; TheraSaaS does that for me. All the features it offers keeps potential clients well organized, not forgotten, and note taking a breeze. Clicking on a client’s box, I can easily access all information in a jiffy. I never need to repeat what I’ve already asked a client, my side notes make it easy to quickly review before reaching out to them again. It helps add a very personal touch to each client when they feel they’ve been remembered.

Pros

I love the convenience, the format, the ease of use, the organizational structure which keeps all client’s information organized and simple to access. This is a game changer for my job!

Cons

I can honestly say that I have no negatives to mention about working on it. I have been working on TheraSaaS for four years now and I absolutely love it!
