Issues were increase in load time and occasional failures in uploading the videos to the platform. Cons Not really cons, but what we are waiting for. Some features we are waiting for are Google News scrolling on the bottom of the signage and, when displaying news, showing different images with the headlines. When using a news application, after it repeats on the playlist, it should show a different article while it loops and not show the first one again. Many ways to link the solution to display screens. Updating content is straightforward. Plaform supports different types of content - both static (images, videos) and dynamic (weather, clock, quizzes etc). With Scheduling we can have different messages for the day of the week. It is a powerful display sceen platform. Cons Minor things. No way to crop imported images (they have to be prepared outside of Juuno). No way to shorten imported videos (they have to be prepared outside of Juuno). The interface is very simple and easy to work with, which made the setup process straightforward. I also like that the Juuno team is constantly updating the software with new applications and features, which is great. Additionally, I find it very cool that we can now manage and update social media content remotely for our clients' signages, as opposed to the old method where doctors had to manually insert data using pen drives into their television sets. I use it on two monitors to display product presentations, and overall it has worked well for my needs. It is simple, useful, and reliable for managing screen content in a retail environment. There is still room to improve video playback stability, but my experience has been positive and I continue using it. Pros Juuno is very easy to use and practical for my store. I have been using it for several years on two screens to show product presentations, and it helps me manage the content in a simple way without needing a complicated setup. Cons The only issue I have noticed is that sometimes videos can freeze or stop playing. It may depend on the internet connection, but it would be useful to have a feature or setting that helps prevent this problem. Pros How friendly it is. The fact that anyone in my team can use it makes my work flow way better and effective. The setup, and update of my content it just so easy. Cons There is currently no app available for playing it. I think it could make the experience easier, especially with smart TVs. On some TVs, I have to play it in the browser, which can be complicated, and sometimes you can see the edge of the browser, making it feel less professional. This is my first time using a screen/digital signage software but it's been easy to setup and to use. What I like the most is the team behind the software. They have been very helpful, stays in touch via email and social media and replies to suggestions quickly. I had a number of questions and issues that they had not only replied to, but fixed as well. I've been journeying with them since 2022 so I've seen a lot of what they've done. Great job guys! Pros \- Simple and easy to use. - They use a no-nonsense design to setup your playlist and it works well. - The support has been fantastic! Anyone thinking this is just another digital signage platform, will miss on the great features and great team standing behind Juuno. I believe every business can find a use-case for Juuno, but it can go beyond business - into education, healthcare, and more. Pros Juuno is an excellent digital signage platform, incredibly simple and fast to use. It provides a number of apps out the box so it covers a wide range of use-cases. Their team moves pretty constant with adding new features (apps), and when needed, they offer excellent tech support. Best part is the media management aspect, where you can customize play by screens, playlists, and scheduled content. Price-wise it fits well within its niche, seemingly more affordable (per screen) than others. The price however matters less. The Juuno performs without a glitch, 24/7, loads very fast, and delivers all the features like clockwork. Excellent product. Cons At first I did not like having to use Amazon's FireTV but Juuno offers alternatives, and really - Amazon's player handles it great. Basically all you need to deploy your digital signage playlist out of the box, Juuno's digital signage really helps to give more vibrant and energy to the space and their client's brand to feel more premium. Pros Setting up Junno digital signage is very simple from setting up the playlist as well as pairing to the TV. Honestly, I don't think it can be anything simpler. It has a pretty good selection of integration work out of the box like embedded your own photos, videos, IG, Youtube, preset grid set up. Its perfect to use in retail shops like food menu, service menu, food truck, tradeshows and office space. I have been using it for more than 2 years, its reliable and havent experience a downtime, their team also gradually adding in new features. Also love you can embed any iframe there too so you don't need to wait for official integration Recently I learnt they added offical support for Amazon signage stick, so you can control the signage using the Amazong signage mobile app Cons Not much that I can think of. May be offline capabilities in case there are no wifi or the Internet service may not be available which could cause the signage not working? Pros Very easy to use and to be up and running in 5 minutes or less. From initial setup, adding files and connecting to your digital display is so simple. I've had clients watch their displays come to life with minimal effort with me doing it remotely. Cons Some of the widgets were neglected for a while. These were not widgets my clients even cared to use so it never affected me or my users, but me knowing they were glitchy for the incase someone wanted to use one kept me on my toes a bit with a new client. Switched from [TelemetryTV](https://www.capterra.com/p/182701/TelemetryTV/) Juuno was a breathe of fresh air coming from TelemetryTv. Anyone who has used it will agree.
