It handles our entire top-of-funnel — finding open positions, qualifying leads, booking intro calls. Our team now focuses on placing candidates instead of chasing leads. Solid tool for any staffing agency.

Pros

The speed from vacancy detection to first candidate proposal is insane. Automated lead qualification saves us hours, and having meetings booked directly into our calendar without any back-and-forth is a huge plus. Setup was easy since it connects to our existing CRM out of the box.

Cons

Fine-tuning the ICP settings took a bit at the start. The reporting dashboard could use more filtering options. Nothing major though.
