After 15 years in the IT sector I have pretty good idea what will work, but the scoring tools these guys have help fill in the gaps. I'm already seeing a bump in my numbers as a result. Pros Our team started using AlpacaRelay a couple months ago. We've used Constant Contact, but their AI tools can't keep up with newer tools. Creating a template with AlpacaRelay is as simple as just typing what you want into the prompt. You don't even need to add much detail and you'll get something that looks great. If you want to change anything its easy to do with either AI or manually. We're seeing great performance on deliverability and conversion metrics which has been better than expected. Cons I still need an ESP to coordinate sending, so right now I just use this as a template design tool. Would be better if they can make this a one stop shop. I had my action buttons too low and it suggested I move them up. It helped me fix some text that was hard to read. It even gave me some tips to reduce bounce rate which helped. The campaign performed better as soon as I added the new email design, but it still feels like it stayed true to our look and feel. Pros The tool is really easy to use. I gave it a template for online market place I have used many time to test this out and the tool made it look much more professional. My logo and my colors are still there it still feels like me. I used to scorer tool to pick the changes I wanted and It helped suggest which ones really mattered. I'm already seeing better conversion. I wish I knew about this sooner. Cons The interface for adding my social media links could use a little work. I didn't find that as easy to use as the rest of the tool. I've seen other tools that have a simple dropdown menu for picking your socials, and I hope that gets added here too.
