## What is PipeGenius?

PipeGenius is a sales software for manufacturing and technical trade teams, available as an Outlook Add-in and Web App. Price intelligence surfaces historical pricing, past transactions, and volume-based comparisons. Quotes are generated from a smart template with products, branding, and pricing history already loaded sent directly from Outlook. Sent quotes automatically become pipeline entries, linked to the customer and product. Pipeline management tracks deal progress and flags opportunities. As a quote progresses, it becomes a project with specs, samples, and confirmations centralized in one place. Customer profiles surface order history, past prices, and open opportunities before every call. Analytics and loss patterns show what is moving and why orders are being lost.
