What we appreciate the most about Integri-line is how easy it was to setup and maintain. The onboarding was very simple and could be done without any assistance. Of course, \[sensitive content hidden\] team was happy to help when we needed it. Also, the ongoing maintenance of the system is very hand-off. Very much "set-it and forget it." No updates or additional costs and training for employees to use the system was minimal. Integri-line just works and does the job well.

Pros

Our company has successfully used Integri-line for several years as an add-on compliance reporting tool to our existing online training offerings. We have been very pleased with the product and the incredible support from \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team. Integri-line is easy to use, affordable for small/medium size companies like ours, and checks all the boxes for a world-class reporting tool at a fraction of the cost of competitors. The cost savings of Integri-line over the other larger competitors in the industry was huge! \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team have been fantastic to work with! They personally take care of any issues right away and take the time to listen. Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a great experience and we can't recommend them enough!

Cons

We don't have any concerns about the product. There are some customizations that we would love to see in future updates.
