It integrates with HaloPSA and ConnectWise to pull live ticket and project data, generating professional client-ready outputs in 30 seconds. Output types include action logs, risk registers, status reports, client emails, internal emails, RAID logs, meeting notes, change logs, decisions logs, lessons learned, stakeholder updates, PESTLE analysis, invoice time summaries, executive summaries, and communication logs. All outputs push back to the PSA as ticket notes automatically. The delivery health dashboard provides RAG status across all clients, tickets, and projects with overdue detection and bulk chase functionality.
