We have been long time RanFab users and the move to CQ has been seamless. Pros CutQuotes ease of use and the response time from the team with areas we need help with or responding to our questions on updates has been brilliant. Cons Very little if anything we don't like about CutQuote. We had minor teething issues at the beginning with importing products but the team has since made updates which makes this process a lot easier through bulk .CSV Switched from [RanFab](https://www.capterra.com/p/112176/LaserQuote/) We were using a local server and wanted to move to the cloud.
