The approval workflow brought real structure to our procurement process — routing purchases by department, category, and amount means every transaction has a clear audit trail, without anyone's desk becoming a bottleneck. The Tally integration has been a genuine time-saver, with postings flowing through correctly and reconciliation no longer a manual chore. And QR-based asset tagging has made physical verification straightforward — assets are easy to trace to their custodian and location, which has made audit season noticeably less stressful. Altogether, it's brought a level of governance and traceability to our procurement and asset processes that we didn't have before. Pros As a Chartered Accountant using ProcureTrail for client's procurement and asset governance, three things have stood out. The multi-level approval workflow maps cleanly to real authority structures — routing by department, category, and amount — so there's a proper audit trail on every purchase without anyone becoming a bottleneck. The Tally integration has removed a lot of manual reconciliation; postings flow through correctly with the right vouchers, saving significant time at audit time. And the QR-based asset tagging and physical verification has made CARO Clause 3(i) compliance far more straightforward — assets are traceable to their custodian and location, and verification campaigns catch discrepancies before the auditor does.
