It's clearly built by people who actually talked to fence guys, little stuff like the job board and e-signatures are set up the way we'd actually use them. Support answers fast, which matters when you're not a computer person. Pros Proposals go out same day instead of me doing them at 9pm. Flat price with unlimited seats was big too since I've got three guys who all need in. Cons There are a few bugs throughout the system that was making it difficult to do some work, however, we have since gotten with support & they fixed them within just a few days. Nothing really bad to say!
