I've been using KlientHQ since launch, and it's saved me roughly 10 hours a week, time I used to lose to manual follow-ups, scattered invoicing, and bouncing between disconnected tools. The platform has held up well with very few bugs, the team clearly listens to early users, and the integrated approach to office and field operations means nothing falls through the cracks.

Pros

What stood out most was the AI automation. Follow-ups, review requests, and win-back campaigns run quietly in the background instead of sitting on my to-do list. I'm picky about tools that put "AI" in the name, KlientHQ's automation actually delivers tangible time savings rather than novelty. Beyond that, the real value is in having everything integrated in-house: scheduling, CRM, invoicing, payments, and field/office staff coordination under one roof. I stopped juggling separate tools and stopped losing context between them. Onboarding was fast, customer support has been responsive, the interface is genuinely easy to use, and the price-to-value ratio is the best I've seen in this category.

Cons

The PWA works smoothly, but a dedicated native app in the stores would boost performance and notifications. It is a smart interim solution while we await a full app. A key drawback is limited device integration like background sync and precise notifications.
