Since switching, it has identified threats that were previously undetected and delivered a more comprehensive level of security across our clients' Microsoft tenants. The real-time automatic remediation significantly reduces response effort for our small team, and the platform was easy to deploy at scale. Most importantly, it has been reliable and effective in protecting our clients’ environments. Pros Petra Security provides strong peace of mind knowing that our client's environments are secured from threats. It monitors an impressive number of signals across Microsoft tenants, catching dormant threats that our previous ITDR missed. I especially value its ability to automatically remediate threats in real time instead of simply generating alerts and waiting for a tech to handle them. Cons So far, there honestly isn’t anything we dislike about Petra Security. Since adopting the platform, it has performed exactly as advertised and has exceeded our expectations as an ITDR solution. Compared to our previous tool, Petra has been more effective at detecting dormant threats, easier to deploy at scale, and far more proactive in how it handles remediation. The automated, real-time response capability removes a significant operational burden from our team, and the visibility across Microsoft tenants has been consistently strong. From onboarding through day-to-day operation, the experience has been smooth and reliable. As with any security platform, we expect ongoing enhancements over time, but at this point there have been no shortcomings or pain points that stand out. Overall, Petra Security has delivered tangible value and strong protection without introducing any negatives.
