It's reliable, easy to use, and has noticeably reduced the time we spend managing visitors at reception. It does what it promises without unnecessary complexity, and the value for the price has been excellent. I'd happily recommend it to any organization looking to modernize their visitor management. Pros Khayash made our visitor management process so much simpler. The interface is clean and intuitive, so our front-desk team picked it up almost immediately with very little training. Check-ins that used to take a few minutes now happen in seconds, and the digital records mean we no longer dig through paper logbooks. The customer support team has also been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we've reached out. Cons Honestly, there's very little to complain about. If anything, I'd love a few more customization options for the visitor badge layouts and notification settings. A couple of advanced features took a little exploring to find, but nothing that affected day-to-day use.
