I wasn't sure what to expect, but the demo and support team convinced me this was the best solution and price for our use case. I'm happy we picked Wauld and will continue to use their product. Pros The straightforward ux, ability to customize & issue certificates in bulk from CSV file, the design templates to choose from. Cons I was happy with it for our use case. Our need was pretty straightforward--issue certificates bi-annually to interns who level up their skills.
