Mi experiencia con Netzun ha sido muy positiva. Es una plataforma completa, fácil de usar y con una gran variedad de cursos que se adaptan a las necesidades de capacitación empresarial. El soporte al cliente es eficiente y el precio es accesible. Sin duda, la recomendaría.

Pros

Netzun ha sido una gran herramienta para la capacitación de nuestro equipo. Destaco la amplia variedad de cursos disponibles, que se adaptan bien a distintas necesidades empresariales. La interfaz es intuitiva y fácil de navegar, lo que facilita la adopción por parte de los colaboradores. Además, el equipo de soporte al cliente es atento y resolutivo.

Cons

Por el momento no he encontrado problemas graves. Si tuviera que mencionar algo, podría mejorar la variedad de cursos en algunos temas específicos, pero en general la experiencia ha sido muy positiva.

Mi experiencia en general ha sido positiva, los cursos te dan una buena orientación en distintos temas desde técnicos pero también desde habilidades blandas. El catálogo se ha expandido incorporando nuevos contenidos y la interacción que existe con la plataforma en cuanto a comunicación, reportes y seguimiento es buena.

Pros

La variedad de cursos que ofrece la plataforma, junto con la posibilidad de acceder a ellos desde cualquier lugar, ya sea desde casa o desde zonas más alejadas, como nuestros proyectos mineros, representa un gran valor para nosotros. Al ser una empresa del sector construcción, donde una gran parte de nuestros colaboradores se encuentra en provincias, contar con Netzun nos permite llevar capacitación de manera efectiva a estos equipos, superando las limitaciones geográficas. Adicionalmente, consideramos muy positivo que se hayan incorporado nuevos cursos alineados a nuestro rubro, ya que esto amplía las alternativas de formación y fortalece nuestra intención de seguir trabajando con Netzun como aliado estratégico.

Cons

Si bien hay algunos cursos nuevos ligados a nuestro rubro, igualmente sentimos que podrían ser más y en temas variados relacionados a la operación. Otro punto puede ser el contenido de los cursos, se tiene una percepción de que los cursos son a nivel básico o no siempre se profundiza más allá.

Buena a Excelente, alta demanda dentro de la corporación, diversidad de temas y ejercicios prácticos

Practicidad, tanto como al Administrador como a los Usuarios. Se puede cambiar de herramienta, puedo tener la plataforma abierta en la laptop como también usarla a través de la app en el teléfono celular.

Hay temas de capacitación con muchas cápsulas, cuando se pudiera consolidar más información en una sola.

Además, el acompañamiento recibido y la facilidad de uso han hecho que la implementación y continuidad del servicio sean exitosas.

Over the past year, the customer support team has been highly responsive, actively collaborating on the implementation of improvements, which has resulted in a more comprehensive platform with greater potential for use and utilization. While there are still areas for improvement, the team’s openness to listening to and addressing feedback contributes to a positive and constantly evolving work experience.

Pros

With Netzun, you can create your own courses and effectively track their progress. The platform features intuitive navigation for both administrators and students, making it easy to use and enhancing the overall experience. In addition, the technical support provided is excellent, and any requests for improvements are handled following prior coordination and submission of a request.

Cons

There is still room for improvement, such as having greater autonomy to remove courses or the ability to upload larger videos. The tool has evolved significantly in recent times; however, as its use increases, new opportunities for continuous improvement may emerge.
