PR2XML is a browser-based tool that converts Adobe Premiere Pro projects into FCPXML format for DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro. It preserves timelines, effects, transitions, and audio levels. Multi-track arrangements, gaps, and nested sequences become compound clips, while effects, such as transforms and playback speeds remain intact. The tool works entirely in a web browser. Users upload a .prproj file, choose FCPXML or XML/XMEML as the output, and complete the conversion quickly. Media files remain on the user's device, as only the project file is processed.
