Pros

Automated reminders, interview scheduling, and centralized feedback collection have eliminated many repetitive recruiter tasks. Hiring managers can now track candidate progress easily without relying on separate status meetings. The platform is intuitive, and most team members became comfortable using it quickly. I also like the clean, uncluttered interface — it keeps the focus on managing interviews and recruitment efficiently.

Cons

Pros
