Nous avons mis optima pour remplacer notre système maison. Nous sommes très satisfait par cet outil parfaitement dimensionner à notre besoin, loin de la complexité des grosses GMAO du marché. La co construction de la solution avec les équipes de développement a particulièrement rendu l’adoption d’Optima efficace. Aujourd’hui nous utilisons quotidien l’outil comme si il avait toujours été là et ce en moins d’un an.

Pros

Optima présente l’ensemble des fonctionnalités nécessaires à la gestion d’une maintenance dans un outil très user friendly. La prise en main est très simple et ce via plusieurs postes et supports différents.

Cons

Optima est en constante évolution ce qui est positif en un sens mais ce qui demande un suivi minime malgré tout.
