EasyClock is a web-based time tracking software designed to help Spanish companies comply with Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 by recording employee work hours, in the cheapest and easiest form. The software integrates with the National Time Protocol to provide tamper-proof timestamps for clock-ins and clock-outs. Each monthly work hour report is generated in CSV format with a unique SHA-256 hash, meeting the legal requirement to maintain records for up to four years. Employees can digitally sign their hours monthly through the platform. The software requires no installation, as employees can clock in via web browsers on mobile devices, tablets, or computers. The system includes a complete audit log that records any corrections or adjustments with the responsible party's name, date, and reason.
