After evaluating a large number of project management tools and relying heavily on multiple Excel spreadsheets to gain a true view of project performance, PMODeck stood out by consolidating everything into a single, reliable platform. It provides a clear and accurate overview of project health, enabling me to present confidently to Steering Committees and Executive Committees with data I trust. Pros What I liked most about PMODeck is its intuitive and user‑friendly design, which makes it very easy to navigate while delivering clear, insightful, and actionable information about project progress. This clarity helps stakeholders quickly understand status, risks, and priorities, supporting better decision‑making. PMODeck is also the first Tool of its kind (at least from the many I evaluated) that has a very reasonable pricing structure for smaller organizations and even individual consultants who need to report on project health, status and budget, etc.... Using AI to generate reports for reporting purposes was a first for - I like it a lot Cons Import/Export and integration to other tools like Jira that is not yet available. It would help a lot to get the micro task level information in PMODeck to allow for accurate reporting.
