Their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. Whenever I have a problem, question or even a suggestion, I simply send them an email and I’m amazed at how quickly they respond. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely seem to care about making their system work for their customers. I absolutely love using Booklink for my business. It’s affordable, easy to use, and best of all, it’s LOCAL! 🇿🇦 I really hope more South African businesses discover Booklink and support this fantastic local company. The one aspect that I paid for which was having an administrative frictionless booking landed up with me doing a lot of administrators of heavy lifting including processing payments of the platform which is as good as using the free version of Calendarly. Even if payment isn’t necessary, the booking doesn’t get locked in in my diary, which then requires me to continuously logging onto the platform across referencing the dates and times and blocking it off in my diary. It led to me missing quite a few sessions at the start because I thought that it was fully integrated. Pros I genuinely enjoyed the fact that I could segregate my product offering, that it has multi pricing structures that I’m able to build different on boarding forms for the different services that I offer. Cons Payment integration has been an absolute nightmare. I reached out to the team that wasn’t too helpful either. And it’s just something I haven’t managed to resolve to date. So I will no longer be using the platform.
