On the login codes: we use an emailed code instead of a password so there's no password that can be guessed or leaked, which matters when your client details and payments are in the account. Once you sign in, Booklink keeps you signed in on that device for a week, so you shouldn't need a new code every visit. If it's asking more often than that, drop us an email and we'll take a look. We've noted that you'd prefer a password option. On selling products: Booklink is built around bookings, so there isn't a shop for physical products. What you can sell online today are packages, prepaid bundles of sessions your clients buy on your booking page and redeem when they book. We've passed on your request for products too. The one aspect that I paid for which was having an administrative frictionless booking landed up with me doing a lot of administrators of heavy lifting including processing payments of the platform which is as good as using the free version of Calendarly. Even if payment isn’t necessary, the booking doesn’t get locked in in my diary, which then requires me to continuously logging onto the platform across referencing the dates and times and blocking it off in my diary. It led to me missing quite a few sessions at the start because I thought that it was fully integrated. Pros I genuinely enjoyed the fact that I could segregate my product offering, that it has multi pricing structures that I’m able to build different on boarding forms for the different services that I offer. Cons Payment integration has been an absolute nightmare. I reached out to the team that wasn’t too helpful either. And it’s just something I haven’t managed to resolve to date. So I will no longer be using the platform. Missed sessions are a real cost and I don't take that lightly. On payments: Yoco changed its verification process and is not currently verifying the app.booklink.co.za domain on merchant accounts, so Yoco checkouts can't start. We're working with Yoco directly to resolve it. iKhokha, Paystack and PayFast all work in the meantime, and we should have walked you through switching and checked in after your last email. We didn't, and that's on us. On your diary: confirmed bookings can go straight into your Google Calendar. We never helped you set that up, and we should have. I've reached out to you personally and would value the chance to put this right.
