Caresupervisor is helping a lot by minimising the paperwork needed. It also helps me keep the carers folders up to date. Pros I like the way you download all the documents you need, even in the spreadsheet for the cqc that shows all spot checks and other documents we can download and save for cqc inspection. Cons We do like the app and do not have any concerns or dislikes. It helps us to improve our work and this is very useful in the offfice. Pros Care supervisor is very useful in printing documents when needed and also have a clear view of your main carer’s team. Is easy and straightforward and builds a culture that helps being prepared. We used it for the last 2 months and is great. Pros I am the care supervisor of ABClivein Care. The app is amazing in scheduling your supervision rota and the system helps you not miss anything. I am very happy and recommend it if you need a tool to make you better. Cons The app is great, maybe we will need a separate form for PPE competency and SpotChecks separate from others, also to show the phone number for any carer in case we needed it. The supervisor has to stay and make his plan manually. This helps us create a supervisor roster who explains exactly who needs to be supervised or not. It is extremely easy to make a roster and the support is great from the team. Pros I like the Scheduling process where you have a calendar and shows you exactly who is due. This is important for my role as I am coordinstor and helps me coordinate the carers who need supervision. Cons I am very happy how it works. It makes my work easier. Maybe a mobile app will be great in the future as sometimes is good replacement from the tablet. We want to achieve outstanding and we are digitalising our processes so its easier. With caresupervisor anyone who has knowledge and the necessary trainings can do supervision as the app is teaching you how to be organised. Everything looks easier on the app and we feel happy that will help us get our outstanding cqc rating. Pros Caresupervisor helped us to improve our supervision system and made our company more organised. It made our company be up to date with all supervision and paperless. We liked the schedule booking center where it makes you not miss any documents needed. We also like the safeguarding process where teaches the carers the importance of safeguarding.
