When we were using emails for communication in the past I would tend to miss them every once in awhile. Pros Its a really easy system to use. I get my updates in the morning from corporate and I print the pop. Once its done I mark complete. Having the AI chat bot to answer all my questions is an awesome tool! Cons Just like every new system there was a learning curve. It took me a little longer than others to get it figured out. Cons I wish I didn't have to take pictures of the products when new product comes out to the floor. I understand why though.
