Its nice not having to go through my emails anymore looking for pop or missing an update. When we were using emails for communication in the past I would tend to miss them every once in awhile.

Pros

Its a really easy system to use. I get my updates in the morning from corporate and I print the pop. Once its done I mark complete. Having the AI chat bot to answer all my questions is an awesome tool!

Cons

Just like every new system there was a learning curve. It took me a little longer than others to get it figured out.

It's been great! No complaints here. It took a min to get use to but now that I've got the hang of it it's made my job a lot easier when trying to figure out what still needs to be completed and what is already done.

Pros

The Ai Bot takes all the guess work our of searching for an answer! It's a great tool to have when I need product knowledge right away while I'm waiting on a customer.

Cons

I wish I didn't have to take pictures of the products when new product comes out to the floor. I understand why though.

It’s been great! FloorNotes is on top of it when it comes to any issues and request made to them. Very speedy.

Pros

From tracking to training this has made my region so much simpler to understand where my sales pros are at and which task my stores have completed. The AI nightly summaries have give me an hour of my life back every night.

Cons

There was a learning curve like every new system. Once we got the team on board things started to get a lot smoother.
