Pros

I like that ConvertedCRM covers pretty much everything I need and doesn’t cost a lot. It’s simple to use, easy to navigate, and helps me keep track of my contacts and tasks without feeling complicated.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t noticed anything I don’t like so far. Everything has been working well for me, but I’m sure I’ll find little things as I keep using it more over time.
