Driven has transformed how our RevOps function operates. What used to consume days of manual work each month now runs in the background while the team focuses on actual revenue work. The accuracy improvement alone has been worth every penny, but the bigger win has been the trust it has built between sales and finance around commission data.

Pros

Driven has replaced what used to be a three-day monthly process with something that runs entirely on autopilot. The AI agent handles comp plan design, real-time calculations, and dispute reviews without any manual input from our team. The HubSpot integration was live within minutes and the audit trail means finance always has what they need for compliance. I genuinely cannot imagine going back to spreadsheets.

Cons

More native CRM integrations beyond HubSpot and Salesforce would be welcome. We have a smaller team using a different system and had to rely on CSV imports in the interim.
