What has impressed me most is the automated patient outreach. We have successfully collected balances from as far back as 2019 that we had essentially written off as uncollectible. The system continuously and professionally follows up without adding work to our team. It's truly a "set it and forget it" solution. Watching our accounts receivable shrink month after month while giving our staff more time to focus on patient care has made this one of the most valuable investments we've made for our practice.

Pros

This software has completely transformed how we manage patient payments and accounts receivable. The biggest benefit for me is that it allows my team to spend more time focusing on patients instead of administrative tasks. Our office manager no longer has to print, stuff, and mail paper statements. Payments collected through SMS, email, and even in-office through our payment terminal are automatically reconciled, eliminating hours of manual work and reducing errors.

Cons

Like any comprehensive software, it takes some time to fully understand all of the features available

My team knows exactly what actions to take because the workflows are clear and organized. We also rely heavily on the operative fill list, which helps us identify treatment opportunities and keep the schedule productive when openings occur. As a result, we're spending less time chasing appointments and more time treating patients. Our schedule stays full, our team stays focused, and the practice runs much more predictably than ever before.

Pros

This software has had a tremendous impact on our schedule efficiency. What used to be stressful last-minute cancellations are now opportunities to fill chairs quickly and keep production on track. The recall outreach tools are incredibly targeted. The system identifies patients who match the exact day and time of the opening, so we're no longer making dozens of calls hoping someone can come in. Instead, we're reaching the right patients at the right time, which has dramatically improved our fill rate.

Cons

There are a lot of tools and reports available, which can feel overwhelming initially. Once we had the reports scheduled for us, the use became clear. Great support and response time.
