Notaron is a remote online notarization (RON) platform that enables individuals and businesses to notarize documents from anywhere using live video conferencing with a commissioned notary public. Built for real estate professionals, title and escrow companies, law firms, and lenders while remaining accessible to consumers. The notarization workflow is completed in four steps: signers upload their documents, verify their identity using KBA (knowledge-based authentication) and government-issued photo ID, connect with a commissioned notary in real time to witness signatures and apply the electronic seal, and download the fully executed and notarized document immediately upon completion.
