The owner of the company is actively interested in helping and developing his tool, and it shows. Pros The customer support and the ease of use are excellent. Constantly adding new services that improve the quality of the tool and the overall experience. Cons As a startup, when I first started working with LoyalHive, there were some growing pains. But now that they're out of beta and everything is solid, the website experience is top‑notch. It runs like a fine‑tuned engine, and the team is constantly updating and improving.
