The time-tracked tasks make it easier to stay on schedule, and more importantly, we can actually see where we are losing time and what needs to improve. It has helped a lot of people on our team manage their work better. Having chat in the same place is also really useful, as we don't have to depend on multiple platforms for everyday work and communication. Pros What I like most is the flexibility to have both action-based tasks with start/stop time tracking and regular tasks without it. The hierarchical permission system is also really useful, as everyone sees only what is relevant to their role without unnecessary clutter. I also like the status-based table view, which makes it easy to focus on things like To Do tasks without relying on a Kanban board. The integrated chat is another nice addition, keeping conversations connected directly to the work. Cons There isn't much to dislike. This might be a big feature to ask for, but I hope to see built-in meetings one day. Right now, meetings are one of the few things we still have to depend on another platform for, so having that here would help us keep almost everything in one place. Not because other products lack these features, but because the Hidesc support team provided quick solutions tailored to my customization needs. Their support was marvelous Pros What interested us most was the Kanban board and list views for managing tasks. We had previously been using other applications, and the built-in messaging feature was a great help. Before that, we relied on personal WhatsApp accounts, which was highly distracting because personal messages often interrupted our work. Cons I didn’t use the OKR feature in this application because I didn’t fully understand how to implement OKRs in my firm.
