Retelio is feedback and reputation management software that captures customer sentiment in real time and converts positive experiences into Google reviews while intercepting negative feedback before it becomes public. Customers scan QR codes placed at tables, counters, or receipts to provide feedback in three seconds without downloading an app or logging in.
