The added value lies not only in the "control" but also in the availability of data, which allows for strategic planning based on numerical evidence rather than estimates. Pros Very intuitive, easy and quick to use. My favorite features is the ability to centralize geographic time stamps and expense reports in a single environment, eliminating wasted time and data misunderstandings. Cons Given the simplicity of the app there is nothing that I like least. But, the constant reliance on connectivity and GPS can be challenging in areas with poor signal. That is exactly the shift we built GeoTapp Flow to enable: away from anecdotal management toward evidence-based operations. You raise a fair point on connectivity, and it is one we took seriously enough to act on. Clock-in and clock-out actions in low-signal areas are now queued locally on the device with their original client-side timestamp preserved, and they sync automatically as soon as the network returns through a background worker with exponential backoff. The key detail is that the official time of the action recorded on the server is the moment the operative actually clocked in, not the moment the device managed to sync, so the audit trail stays accurate even when connectivity drops out for hours.
